Cian: My Gran asked me to bring in the coal and then when I was in the shed she asked me to bag the logs and clean it up a bit. I moaned and whinged about not having any time and didn’t really help that much. When I got home I actually felt pretty bad about it. So the next time someone asks me to do something to help them, my motto to myself will be ‘Just Do it!’ Bella: Ah Cian, don’t feel too bad. You can go back over and get stuck into the work for your Gran now. You are right though, when we are asked to do something good, it is not always easy or what we even want to do, but it is really important to think of doing good and helping out. The Gospel this week is about Jesus calling the Apostles to follow him. That was not any easy one but Wow, look at how the apostles helped Jesus and in fact every one of us! Cian: I’m off to put the Gospel in action and ‘Just do it!’ When you get the chance to do something good today, ‘Just do it' Crib Donations – Thank you for your generous donations - €500 Carracastle and €500 Rooskey which have been forwarded to the Gena Heraty Fund to support her work with special needs children in Haiti.
